International Spotlight on IFE: Successful Latin American Economic and Trade Exchange Conference

Amid the grandeur of the 137th Canton Fair, the Guangdong (Dongguan)-Latin America Economic and Trade Exchange was successfully held at the headquarters of IFE Elevators on April 18th. 49 professional procurement representatives from Latin American countries like Chile and Peru gathered in Dongguan to engage in in-depth exchanges with government and business elites from Dongguan, exploring new opportunities for collaboration!

As a model city for China's manufacturing industry, Dongguan's recorded a total import and export value of 1.39 trillion yuan in 2024, ranking second in the Guangdong province. Boasting 34 industrial clusters, including electronic information, mechanical equipment, and textile and clothing, and integrated industrial chain of more than 60,000 products, Dongguan provides strong support for global cooperation. To facilitate this exchange, the Dongguan Bureau of Commerce precisely identified the demands of the Latin American market, selecting key enterprises in elevator equipment, intelligent engineering systems, and security technology to build an efficient bridge for collaboration.

The Latin American procurement team closely observed the manufacturing process of elevator core components and the results of innovative technologies, earning high praise from the delegation.
